At Goober Tutors, we’re confident in our ability to help students succeed, which is why we offer our “Get the Grade You Want or Your Money Back” guarantee. If you follow our program and don’t achieve your target grade, we’ll refund your tutoring fees.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for this guarantee, students must meet the following criteria:

1. Commit to a Learning Plan:

   • Students must complete at least six (6) one-hour tutoring sessions for the specific course they need help with.

   • Sessions must be spread out over at least four (4) weeks to ensure adequate learning time.

2. Be Proactive in Seeking Help:

   • Students must enroll in tutoring before their course grade reaches a point where achieving the target grade is mathematically impossible.

   • Requests for guaranteed tutoring must be made at least four (4) weeks before the final exam or last graded assignment in the course.

3. Engage and Participate:

   • Students must actively participate in sessions, complete assigned practice problems, and follow tutors' academic recommendations.

   • Missed sessions or lack of effort (e.g., not completing assigned work) will void the guarantee.

4. Proof of Effort & Results:

   • Students must provide their current official grade breakdown at the start of tutoring to establish a baseline.

   • After the final grade is posted, if the student does not achieve the agreed-upon target grade, they may request a refund.

Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the final course grade.

• Refunds apply only to the tutoring fees paid for that specific course—not for other tutoring sessions or subjects.

• Goober Tutors reserves the right to review student participation records before approving refunds.
