Where do we meet, and what times are available?
When booking you can enter the preferred location of your tutoring session, or we can choose for you. We typically hold sessions on-campus, online, at your residence, or wherever is most convenient for you. Meeting times are dependent on the tutor you select for that particular course.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the service or plan you choose and the number of students. You can book one-time tutoring sessions or subscribe to a recurring plan for better value. Group sessions are also available, allowing you to split the cost with other students. Base pay for 1 on 1 sessions without a bulk-purchase plan is $57.5/hour.
Which classes can you tutor for?
A lot. But an extensive list of our course selection is available under "One-Time Tutoring". Simply select the category of your course, and look for the service that contains your course number for your university/college.
Can I choose my tutor?
Yes, you can choose your preferred tutor when booking.
How do I schedule a session?
You can book a session through our website by going to "Schedule Here" in the menu.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead of time. No-shows result in a 50% fee from the original price.
Are the tutors qualified?
Yes! Our tutors are thoroughly vetted and undergo rigorous training to ensure top-quality instruction.
Do you offer online tutoring sessions?
Yes, we offer both in-person and online tutoring to fit your needs.
How does the discussion board work?
Students can ask two free questions before needing a paid subscription. However, you can engage with other students for free. Our tutors answer questions within 24 hours—often immediately.
